Invitations were sent to managing partners, attorneys, and legal

administrators at law firms. Among the respondents, 236 opted into the

survey and 108 were qualified to respond (the law firm uses LPM and the

respondent is involved in the process). Respondents came from firms of all

sizes: 9 percent from firms with 75 attorneys or less, 15 percent from firms

with 76–150 attorneys, 25 percent from firms with 151–500 attorneys, and

52 percent from firms with more than 500 attorneys.
